What to do with waste while Summerland Landfill closed?

The Summerland Landfill remains closed due to wildfire damage. During this closure, residential and commercial waste from Summerland can be taken to the Campbell Mountain Landfill in Penticton. Due to increased volumes at the facility, residents are encouraged to postpone the disposal of non-essential materials whenever possible and make full use of their residential collection services.
