Online Property Tax Inquiry
To access your Property Tax account online through our website, click on the link below. The link will direct you to our Online Services where you can access all the information pertaining to a particular property by entering the Roll number (i.e. 000111.111) and your Access Code, which is located on your Property Tax Notice.

Please note: Your ACCESS CODE is different than your Utility Account.
How to Register
1. Start Registration
- Go to the top right corner of the Online Services webpage.
- Click "Link and Register", then select "Show Me How."
2. Enter Account Information
- Input your Property Tax Roll number and Access Code (found on your annual tax notice).
- Select the following options if you would like to receive bills by email:
- "Please Notify me by Email"
- "Attach a PDF Copy of the PT Notice to the Email"
- Enter your email address and click "Send Verification Email."
3. Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for the verification code.
- Enter the code on the website and click Save.
4. Create Login Credentials
- Create a User Name (no spaces or special characters).
- Click "Send Verification Email."
- Enter the new verification code sent to your email.
- Create and confirm your Password (no spaces or special characters).
- Click Save.
Logging In
You can now log in with your User ID and Password to access all your registered accounts.
- First-time login: You will be required to update your profile. Enter the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Street Number & Street Name
- City
- Country (select this first)
- Region/Province
- Postal Code
- Telephone Number
- Click Update to save your profile.
- If you check "Remember Login", the system will remember your login details until you manually click Logout.
Available Features
- My Property Info shows your Legal Property Description, the Assessment Value for the current tax year, and Utilities Service Information.
- Transactions lists a breakdown of all tax billings, as well as all payments and Home Owner Grant claims, if applicable.
- Home Owner Grant can be used to submit a claim for the current year.
Tax Certificates Online
Our Tax Certificates are conveniently available online through:
- myLTSA Enterprise: If you have an account, log in and from the main menu, select Service Providers and Order Tax Certificates. For more information, visit www.ltsa.ca.
- BC Online: Please view the notice regarding changes to BC Online offerings.
- APIC: If you prefer to pay for the tax certificate by credit card, visit www.apicanada.com to open an account and order your Tax Certificate.
