The District of Summerland is proud to recognize 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 as the recipient of the 2025 Mayor’s Award of Excellence, celebrating its outstanding contributions to tourism and the continued vitality of our community.
The award was presented at the organization’s AGM on June 17 by Mayor Doug Holmes to Executive Director Sally Pierce and President Mike Hildebrand, in recognition of their leadership and dedication to showcasing Summerland as a premier destination.
This recognition highlights the important role Destination Summerland plays in strengthening our local economy and promoting our community on a broader stage.
