Residents and visitors are advised of temporary parking and road closures in place for the 42nd Annual Giant’s Head Run taking place on Saturday, June 6.

The following closures will be in effect:

• Parking Stall Closures
  Kelly Avenue from Jubilee Road West to the laneway past 13204 Kelly Avenue (Prima Pizza)
  From: 9:00 p.m. Friday, June 5
  To: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 6
• Temporary Road Closure – Kelly Avenue
  Kelly Avenue from Jubilee Road West to the laneway past 13204 Kelly Avenue (Prima Pizza)
  Time: 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 6
• Temporary Road Closure – Main Street
  Main Street from Kelly Avenue to Rosedale Avenue
  Time: 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Saturday, June 6
  This closure is required for the official start of the run.

Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow for additional travel time during the event. The District appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while this community event takes place safely.
