The District of Summerland continues to take positive steps toward making our infrastructure more accessible for everyone. Accessibility is an important priority for us, as it helps build a more inclusive, welcoming, and connected community.

We’re pleased to share a recent improvement: the door on the second floor of Municipal Hall, leading to Council Chambers and administrative offices, is now equipped with an automatic push button. This upgrade makes access easier and more convenient for all users, especially those with mobility challenges.
