The tie-in work on Dale Meadows is taking longer than anticipated due to the high volume of water in the pipe that must be drained. As a result, 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

This interruption was previously communicated through our website and via Voyent Alert, with an expected completion time of 5:00 PM.

We understand this delay may be frustrating and disruptive to your evening routine.

As water service is restored, the water may be brownish in colour. It may be necessary to run your cold water taps for a few minutes to clear and flush the lines. This may also be the case for some residents in the vicinity of the Victoria Road project that did not have their water service interrupted today.
