Budget and 5-Year Financial Plan
The District is inviting all residents to attend the 2024 Budget Open House on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 at the Summerland Arena Banquet Room. Come see how hot topics such as roads, parks and recreation and more, have shaped the proposed 5.38% tax rate increase. The estimated annual tax increase to the average home is $127.73 and $154.76 for the average business. Doors will be open from 5:00pm until 8:00pm with a presentation at 6:30pm. Information booths will be setup with staff available to answer questions throughout the event.
