New Accounts / Moving

If you are signing up for a new utility account or moving out of a property, written notice is required.

You may complete your sign-in/out in any of the following ways:

• By online form
• By email at utilities@summerland.ca
• In person at Municipal Hall, 13211 Henry Avenue

Please include the following information:

• Your full name and phone number
• The service address
• The date service is to begin or end
• Mailing and contact details for future correspondence
