Consumption Reports
Reports provide consumption in imperial gallons, cubic meters, depth in inches and depth in millimeters for agricultural water customers for the following:
- Monthly consumption
- Year-to-date cumulative consumption totals
- Annual consumption thresholds
Properties can be identified on the consumption reports by individual meter number. Please refer to the District's letter dated May 13, 2026, which provides each customer with their meter number.
New Irrigation Consumption Tracker
To make irrigation consumption information easier to understand and access, the District is offering a new Irrigation Consumption Tracker.
The new Irrigation Consumption Tracker provides a simplified view of irrigation water use, including:
- Pre‑Storage (Exempt) usage
- Post‑Storage (Counted) usage
- Total usage
- Allotment tracking information

2026
Important Information for the 2026 Agricultural Irrigation Season
For the 2026 Agricultural Irrigation season only, council approved a temporary adjustment to Agricultural Irrigation usage. Water consumption occurring prior to the Thirsk Dam Reservoir transitioning to storage will not be counted toward seasonal allotments.
As a result, 2026 agricultural irrigation water use is divided into two categories:
- Pre‑Storage (Exempt) Usage – Water used during the freshet exemption period. This water does not count toward annual irrigation allotments.
- Post‑Storage (Counted) Usage – Water used after the reservoir entered storage conditions. This water does count toward annual irrigation allotments.
PDF Consumption Reports
PDF reports will continue to be available for users who prefer the familiar report format.
Because of the unique 2026 exemption period, irrigation consumption is presented in separate reports:
Pre‑Storage (Exempt) Usage Report
Contains irrigation usage that occurred during the freshet exemption period and does not count toward annual irrigation allotments.
Post‑Storage and Total Usage Report
Contains:
- Post‑Storage (Counted) usage
- Total annual usage (Exempt + Counted)
