Our hearts are with the community of Tumbler Ridge as they navigate the tragedy that has impacted so many.
To share our collective compassion and let residents there know they are not alone, the District of Summerland has placed 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 in Municipal Hall for anyone who wishes to stop by and sign.
Once the signing period is complete, the community message book will be sent to Tumbler Ridge as a gesture of support from our community.
Where: District of Summerland Municipal Hall
When: February 18 to March 4
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:15 am – 5:00 pm
Residents can also sign an 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 available through the Government of British Columbia until the end of the day on Friday, February 20:
