We’re excited to share another update on the Wharton Street Revitalization Project — we are now 𝟗𝟗% 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 based on budget spend, and the project is entering its final stage!
𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲
• Installation of catenary lighting in Veteran’s Memorial Square
• Electrical work near the electrical sub-station
• Henry Avenue landscaping and surface works
• Catenary lighting around the new washroom facility
𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝
• Washroom facility expected to open mid-February
• Continued electrical work and lighting installation (weather dependent)
• Final landscaping and planting to be completed this spring to support healthy growth
