The District of Summerland wishes to notify residents that they will experience a water service disruption to facilitate fire hydrant repair in the area. The disruption will take place from approximately 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Only residents receiving this notice will be affected by the water service disruption.
Addresses Affected:
- Industrial Avenue: 15803, 15804, 15809, 15810, 15818, 15819, 15823, 15827, and 15830
- McLachlan Street: 8101, 8106, 8107, 8108, 8110, 8115, 8119, and 8333
Once the water service is restored, please check for sediment or discolouration before using. Running a cold water tap will clear the lines.
Please note this date is subject to change if staff are required to respond to an emergency. If this occurs, you will be notified of a new date.
