Please be advised there will be temporary road closures on 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭/𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 on October 23 and 24, 2025. The closures are necessary to complete underground electrical work as part of the Wharton Street Revitalization Project.

Traffic impacts will alternate between the north and southbound lanes:

• 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑: The 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞 of Rosedale Avenue will be 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 all day. Drivers are asked to follow the alternative routes shown in the attached map. The eastbound lane of Wharton Street (between the roundabout and Kelly Avenue) will be temporarily open to traffic.

• 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒: The 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞 of Rosedale Avenue will be 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 all day. Drivers are asked to follow the alternative routes shown on the attached map. The westbound lane of Wharton Street (between the roundabout and Kelly Avenue) will be temporarily open to traffic.

Onsite signage will be in place to direct traffic.
