Work on the Wharton Street Revitalization is moving forward right on schedule, with exciting work happening both above and below ground. Crews have been busy installing new pavers and sidewalks to create a more vibrant, welcoming downtown, while also completing critical underground work that will serve our community for decades to come.
Recent highlights include:
✅ New pavers installed on the north side of Wharton Street and the relocated cenotaph plaza
✅ Completion of the watermain tie-in at Victoria Road and Main Street
✅ Storm manhole installation on Victoria Road
✅ Electrical undergrounding along Victoria Road from Wharton Street to Main Street
