As the hockey season gets underway, the District of Summerland is proud to support our local sports community by providing 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚. This initiative encourages sharing and reusing equipment among families and players, helping ensure that everyone can enjoy hockey without worrying about the cost.

We invite families to donate any 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 they no longer need. Players in need are welcome to 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 to get properly equipped.

The bin is located inside the arena, to the left of the rink entrance.
