If you’ve been downtown lately, you may have noticed the exciting changes taking shape as part of the Wharton Street Revitalization Project.
Here’s a glimpse of what work has been completed over the past few weeks:
The Memorial Park cenotaph has been reconstructed in its new location in the new Memorial Park Plaza
Electrical upgrades have been completed along Wharton Street between Kelly Avenue to Victoria Road
Road work has begun at the intersection of Victoria Road/Main Street to prepare for upgrades
Local businesses are open! Parking, drop-off zones and pedestrian access are all available – come by and show your support.
