Not-for-profit organizations that provide services to the Summerland community may be eligible for a Permissive Tax Exemption (PTE) — a reduction in property taxes for facilities owned or leased by the organization.

Application Deadline: July 31, 2025

As part of the 2026 application process, all applicants will be required to attend a Council meeting.
