Online Utility Account Inquiry

E-Billing and Online Services

You can manage your utility accounts through Online Services. From there, you can link and register new accounts or log in to an existing account.
Please note that registration uses two-step verification, so you will need access to your email.  For assistance or general utility account inquiries please call 250-404-4047

How to Register

  1. Start Registration
    • Go to the top right corner of the Online Services webpage.
    • Click “Link and Register”, then select “Show Me How.”
  2. Enter Account Information
    • Input your Utility Account Number and Access Code (found on your utility bill).
    • Select the following options if you would like to receive bills by email:
      • “Please Notify me by Email that my Utility Bill is Ready”
      • “Attach a PDF Copy of the Utility Bill to the Email”
    • Enter your email address and click “Send Verification Email.”
  3. Verify Your Email
    • Check your inbox for the verification code.
    • Enter the code on the website and click Save.
  4. Create Login Credentials
    • Create a User Name (no spaces or special characters).
    • Click “Send Verification Email.”
    • Enter the new verification code sent to your email.
    • Create and confirm your Password (no spaces or special characters).
    • Click Save.

 Logging In

  • You can now log in with your User ID and Password to access all your registered accounts.
  • First-time login: You will be required to update your profile. Enter the following information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Street Number & Street Name
    • City
    • Country (select this first)
    • Region/Province
    • Postal Code
    • Telephone Number
    • Click Update to save your profile.
  • If you check “Remember Login”, the system will remember your login details until you manually click Logout.

Available Features

  • Account Information
    Displays the services being billed. Services highlighted in blue will show meter readings. The top left corner displays your current balance owing and due date.
  • Billing Summary
    Provides a list of all billings in summary form. You may also view your monthly bills by selecting “View Invoice” (highlighted in blue). Invoices open as PDFs, which you can save or print.
  • Transactions
    Shows a detailed summary of all billing transactions and payments in date order.
