An EVACUATION ALERT has been issued by the District of Summerland and the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen due to the threat of wildfire.
Because of the potential danger to life and health, the District of Summerland and the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen has issued an EVACUATION ALERT for the addresses listed in Schedule 1 in the District of Summerland and the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen’s Electoral Area “F” and Electoral Area “H”:
• The Evacuation Alert zone includes Faulder, Meadow Valley, Garnet Valley (within the District of Summerland), and the west side of Highway 97 north of District of Summerland.
