Walk and Learn Series

Walking while learning has been shown to improve physical health, mental well-being and reduce stress. Benefits of learning while in motion also includes enhanced memory and improved focus. Through out the Month of June Summerland Recreation will be partnering with different community groups to host walk and learn sessions. Each session will end with light refreshments and a chance to ask the community partner more information about their field of expertise.
