Solid Waste Management Regulation Bylaw No. 2018-018 

Fees and charges 

Declare potential asbestos materials including all building materials related to construction, renovation and deconstruction. Asbestos Declaration Form required to be filled in.

Please note: The Summerland Sanitary Landfill does not accept credit cards. Payment can be made at the Landfill Scale with cash or debit card. Commercial businesses can also set up an account by contacting finance@summerland.ca to start the process.
