A successful fundraising effort led by the Rotary Club raised $200,000 to add new features focused on safety, accessibility, and enjoyment for all.
New additions include:
- A new waterslide
- Five benches for relaxing and enjoying the view
- A deep-water access staircase
- Lighting along both sides of the pier
- A public life ring for safety
- Protective buoys around the end of the pier to reduce conflicts with motorized watercraft
These enhancements are now open and ready to be enjoyed by residents and visitors for generations to come.
