Works & Infrastructure Forms

The Works and Infrastructure Department Form Centre provides centralized access to our most frequently used application forms.

Online forms are available in PDF format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer. This software is free and available from the Adobe website. Please note that Acrobat does not allow you to save your completed forms.

Water Related Application Forms

Irrigation services will be turned ON for the season beginning Monday, April 8, 2024.  Irrigators who wish to have their irrigation service turned on prior to this date are required to complete an Advance Irrigation application form below and pay $57.03 plus GST ($59.88 total) per property.  Please submit completed application form along with payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card to the Cashier at Municipal Hall, 13211 Henry Avenue, 8:15am to 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday, no later than Friday, April 5, 2024.

If you have freshly seeded your lawn or have laid new sod and need to water on your non-watering days, please print and complete the Water Restriction Bylaw - Special Permit application below and submit form via email to works&infrastructure@summerland.ca.

If you need to move, add or remove earth from your property you may require an Earthworks Permit.  Please read the Earthwork Control bylaw below to determine whether this applies to your situation.  If it does, please print and submit completed application form via email to devserv@summerland.ca.
