Water Improvements

  • Water Treatment Plant – sludge management improvements; efficient operation
  • Water Separation – Phase 1 and Phase 2
  • Domestic Water Metering
  • Water Maintenance Issues – Okanagan lake licenses; healthy watershed and long term plan for Okanagan Lake Water

Improve Road and Sidewalk Infrastructure

  • Prairie Valley Road/Rosedale Ave project
  • Peach Orchard (lower)
  • Prairie Valley Rd. Sidewalks from Saunders to Sinclair
  • Development Cost Charges (review)

Improve Municipal Facilities

  • Replace RCMP building
  • Ongoing upgrades to Wastewater Treatment Plant

Development of an Urban Growth Strategy

  • Maximize efficiency of existing infrastructure

Community Sustainability
