Roads
There are 135 kms of paved roads and 25 kms of unpaved roads in Summerland. (In
Penticton there are 208 kms paved and 13 kms unpaved.
Municipal property expenses
Maintenance of Municipal property. Example: Cutting of weeds on vacant
Municipal property.
Line Painting

Painting lines on roads and parking lots.

Roadside Mowing

157 lane kms of roadside weeds are mowed once a year.
Patching

Potholes are repaired on a continuous basis throughout Summerland.

Grader patches are used on larger sections of damaged roads.
