Street Light Reporting

There are two types of electrical poles. When filling in the report, please indicate whether it is a “metal standard pole” or “wood pole”. Wood poles and many metal standards have numbers on them; please include the numbers you see on the pole.

When indicating the location of the pole, please be as specific as possible, ie “second pole on Smith St” or “directly across from 12345 Smith St.”
