District Land Option to Purchase
Agreement
On March 26, 2007 Council
approved an Option to Purchase
Agreement for 297 acres of
District land in west Prairie Valley
for the Summerland Hills Golf
Resort Development. The District
also undertook two land
appraisals to determine a fair
market value for the District
lands. A summary of each of the
appraisals is provided for
public review.
